    Refunds and Exchanges

    • All Sales Are Final.
    • Eccentrix Hair has a NO REFUND policy. Exchanges are done only within 7 days of purchase. Eccentrix Hair must still be intact & not worn. Customer is responsible for return postage. 
    • All Sales are final on Eccentrix Hair Growth Oil & Luxury Hair Care Line. No Refunds or Exchanges.
    Shipping & Processing
    All items are shipped via USPS. All Tracking is updated via email once the order has been fulfilled and dropped off to USPS. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to fully update.
    • Standard Processing & Shipping takes  7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. ( That does not include weekends or holidays.) 
    • SHIPPING IS DONE EVERY MONDAY.
    • 1-3 business days for payment processing and 5-7 days for fulfillment & tracking updates.
    • All orders placed on Friday, Saturday & Sunday or will start its processing on Monday. 
    • All orders placed during holidays will start processing the following business day.

    Once orders are dropped off to USPS and tracking numbers are sent out, Eccentrix Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office with tracking number. We do insure each package for safety.
     
    Eccentrix Hair does not offer pick-up at this time.

     Maintenance for EccentrixRAW Hair

    • Co-wash hair before installing.
    • Use a Sulfate Free Shampoo, if you use a shampoo that contains sulfate ; shampoo the extensions in a neutralizing shampoo then proceed to shampoo with a sulfate free shampoo after.
    • Don't use any alcohol based or oil products on the hair. It will dry the extensions out. Also causing shedding and tangling.
    • Use a wide-tooth comb when combing extensions.
    • Wefts are not sealed, it is preferred that you do so.
    • AIR DRYING PREFERRED.
    • Use heat protectant when applying heat to extensions.
    How Long Does the Hair Last and how many bundles do I need?
    With Proper care EccentrixRAW Hair can last 2-4 Years with proper care. The bundles are 3.5- 4oz bundles. 2-3 bundles are recommend for a full look. 4 bundles for lengths 20" and longer are highly recommend.

    If I booked an appointment, Can I change my service?

    Yes, as long as its within 24 hours of your booked appointment. You must call for confirmation on a changed service. If you can not get the service that day, you will have the option to reschedule.

    Do you offer hair with your services?

    We do offer Hair with Sew-in packages but if you want to purchase hair separately it must be done 7 days prior to your scheduled appointment.

     

    Appointment Deposits

    Deposits are non refundable unless canceled on my behalf. However, they do go towards the balance of your service.
    Fees, Cancellations, Rescheduling 
    • There is a 15 min grace period. After 15 mins a $30 late fee is applied and can result to appointment being rescheduled
    • Appointments must be rescheduled 48 hours before scheduled appointment.
    • Appointments must be cancelled within 24-48 hours of scheduled appointment and deposit is forfeited.

    Yes! We do offer Military and student discounts. Please email a valid DL photo and your ID to hello@eccentrixhair.com to receive discount code!
